Dad-of-one Tom Patrick was experiencing a period of homelessness when he came across Mustard Tree. He was temporarily living in a B&B, placed there by Trafford Council, when his mental health worker pointed him towards the Manchester-based charity.
After initially going to Mustard Tree for immediate support with food and clothing, Tom, 28, went on to get help with employment, health care, and settling into a new home. He is now living a totally transformed life with his partner Vicki and their son Jack.
The Manchester Evening News is asking for your help in supporting Mustard Tree in the run up to Christmas , with the aim of raising £10,000 to help this wonderful charity to continue their work. Mustard Tree has an open-door policy for any Manchester residents living
