KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City man has been charged with murder three weeks after a deadly gas station shooting.
Twenty-seven-year-old Adrian D. Stallings is charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm following a Nov. 18 shooting at a gas station off E. Gregory Boulevard and Prospect Avenue.
The shooting killed 41-year-old Craig Washington.
Court documents say detectives reviewed surveillance footage and saw Stallings enter the gas station and talk to the victim and other individuals before approaching the clerk to purchase an item.
