The BBC is expanding Celebrity Apprentice for the first time.

A complete six-episode Celebrity Apprentice series has been commissioned for 2026, representing the first occasion the celebrity version of the enduring business reality programme will extend beyond the brief Comic Relief specials previously broadcast in 2007, 2009 and 2019.

The announcement comes ahead of the forthcoming Christmas special, which will air this festive season on BBC One and iPlayer.

The fresh series will offer celebrities their inaugural opportunity to encounter the complete Apprentice format, rather than the two-episode charity editions that have been shown before.
