TAMPA, Fla. — New video shows Tampa police officers saving a man dangling off the roof of his house.

The Tampa Police Department said he was blowing leaves off his roof when he slipped.

Police found him clinging to the edge so he didn't fall to the ground.

Officers Jason Sikoski and Kaleb Girard climbed to the top and pulled him to safety.

One of the officers said, "I got you, sir." The man replied, "I'm glad somebody's got me."

Tampa Fire Rescue responded to get him down.
