NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - North Augusta city officials are proposing to buy one of the last parcels in Riverside Village to build a cyber center.
Funded with settlement money from the U.S. Department of Energy, it’s not meant to rival the Georgia Cyber Center in Augusta, officials told the North Augusta City Council on Monday.
Grace United Methodist hosts Bethlehem experience with live animals
Return to Bethlehem began on Wednesday in downtown North Augusta with Grace United Methodist Church.
But it would fill a need in the area for other business and educational tenants in the industry, city officials said.
City staff members told the council they chose the prime real estate near SRP Park because there are few other suitable locations in the city.
