Twice-deported man charged in December Charlotte light rail stabbing now facing federal charges

Oscar Gerardo Solorzano-Garcia, 33, a Honduran citizen, was charged with illegal reentry and committing an act of violence on Charlotte's light rail in December, after being deported twice before the attack.
