CALHOUN COUNTY, Mich. (WILX) - A Battle Creek man is behind bars for child exploitation after a multi-agency targeted investigation, police announced Thursday afternoon.

Jeremy Clark, 35, was arrested after two weeks of investigation.

Police say Clark made repeated attempts to solicit a 14-year-old girl, including requests to buy her underwear.

He was officially charged with Accosting a Child for Immoral Purposes and Using a Computer or the Internet to Communicate with Another Person to Commit a Crime.
