Sherrone Moore is not getting out of jail right now. On Wednesday morning, Moore was preparing to coach Michigan in the Citrus Bowl.

Moore was taken into custody hours after he was fired from the school. The decision was for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a staff member. He remains lodged at the Washtenaw County Jail, according to court records.

That won’t be changing anytime soon. The Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office told ESPN that no decision on criminal charges was expected Thursday.

Moore was not scheduled to be arraigned. However, police have indicated a court appearance could occur as early as Friday.
