Washington State Department of Transportation shared another update on the major roads closed due to flooding.
US 2 remains closed between Skykomish and Tumwater Canyon, spanning about 100 miles. Meanwhile, all eastbound lanes of I-90 are open at Winery Road after a slide was cleared. Crews worked diligently to remove debris and reopen these lanes.
US 12 faces closures in two locations: near Naches and near Chilcoat Ave. The section near Naches has sustained substantial damage and will require repairs before reopening.
Additionally, Amtrak Cascades trains between Seattle and Vancouver, Canada, are suspended through Friday, Dec. 12.
