No offensive performance shined quite like Max Millette’s 36 point night against Ware on Thursday night in Western Massachusetts.
Millette’s scoring led the Red Hawks past the Indians 71-54.
Millette’s 36 led both teams, as he drained 13 2-pointers and buried two from beyond the arc. He also got four free throws to fall.
Alex Ellis backed up Millette, finishing with 16 points. Ty Skroske and Garrett Dredge chipped in with seven and six, respectively.
Jack Gaudreau led the scoring for Ware with 15 points. Brady Guimond added 13 himself as Dalton Marquis chipped in with eight.
The Red Hawks look to make it two wins in a row to start the season as they travel to Wahconah on Saturday with a 12:45 p.m. start. The Indians will look to get in the win column on Monday as they travel to Commer
