Disorderly conduct, Stumph Road: On Nov. 28, a concerned passerby called police after observing a man on Stumph Road brandishing a firearm at passing vehicles.

An arriving officer located the suspect, who was standing next to the driver’s door of a stopped vehicle.

The male ignored orders by police to step away from the occupied vehicle.

Police deployed two rounds of less lethal ammunition to subdue the subject.

The Parma Heights man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing official business.
