Northwest Rain Will Ease, But Flood Threat To Return

The heaviest rain will shift north into Canada Friday and Saturday, so expect rain to ease across the state of Washington. However, rivers are still running high, so it will take another day or two for water levels to come down. Unfortunately, more rain will move back into the Pacific Northwest on Sunday.
