Gloucester Rugby have confirmed they will be without Welsh international centre Max Llewellyn until the latter stages of the 2025/26 season.

In a significant blow to the Cherry and Whites' aspiration of being competitive in both the Gallagher PREM, after a shaky start, and Investec Champions Cup, the club have also officially confirmed that one-cap England international centre Will Joseph has also suffered an injury to his ankle that is still being fully assessed, but his return to playing is not anticipated to be quick.
