A Lancaster man told police he was overtired from work when he broke the bones of two 6-week-old infants in September, according to charging documents.
On Wednesday, Manheim police charged Dillon M. McCarraher, 23, with four counts of aggravated assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of children and two counts of simple assault after Lancaster County Children and Youth reported the injuries.
McCarraher is free on $100,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 20. He could not be reached for comment, and he did not have a lawyer listed on his docket as of Thursday.
