Former Michigan head football coach Sherrone Moore is expected to be in court on Friday for his first hearing related to the incident that took place on Wednesday afternoon.

Athletics Director Warde Manuel met with Moore on Wednesday afternoon and informed him he was being relieved of his duties as head coach of the Wolverines. The reason — for being engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a staff member, according to a statement from the university.
