Well, I originally planned on writing how the No. 18 Michigan Wolverines are getting ready to take on the No. 13 Texas Longhorns in the Cheez-it Citrus Bowl. They wrapped up the regular season 9-3 overall, but ended with a bad taste in their mouth given the loss to Ohio State. Now the taste seems even worse, given Michigan’s firing of Sherrone Moore on Wednesday. It’s not great life advice, but maybe this story can be more of a distraction from scrolling social media and looking for the latest update on Michigan’s new coach.

Quarterback Bryce Underwood had us all believing after his start against Central Michigan, wide receiver Andrew Marsh might be one of the next greats to come through the program. and linebacker Cole Sullivan took a huge step forward as well.
