LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The Nebraska State Patrol announced Friday that a Tennessee man was arrested following an online enticement investigation.

NSP said the investigation began earlier this year when 54-year-old Dillon Summers of Cleveland, Tennessee, contacted what he believed to be a 13-year-old girl. The person he contacted online was an undercover NSP investigator.

Summers talked about sexual acts in the online conversations, NSP said. Investigators were able to identify Summers and track his location to Tennessee.

On Tuesday, the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee arrested Summers on suspicion of sexual assault by use of electronic communication device and enticement by electronic communication device. He was lodged in the Bradley County Jail.
