The Concord Mall is up for sale for the asking price of $30 million.
Commercial real estate agency Crexi first listed the more than 800,000 square foot site on November 22, 2025.
"Boasting redevelopment potential, this property is ideal for a variety of uses, from traditional retail to mixed-use development or cutting-edge experiential concepts," said the Crexi listing.
The mall last changed hands in February, 2020, when it was acquired by Namdar Realty Group.
According Crexi's listing, the mall is 77-percent occupied, anchored by Boscov's and Macy's. The Sears location at the south end of the mall has been vacant for several years.
