St. Paul police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest in connection with a shooting that left four people injured on the city’s East Side earlier this month.

The shooting occurred near 4th Street East and Earl Street on the afternoon of Dec. 1.

Officers found four men at the scene who had been shot, all of them suffering what police described as non-life-threatening injuries.

On Thursday, the St. Paul Police Department posted a surveillance photo on social media of who it says is a person of interest connected with the shooting.

The department is asking anyone with information on the individual in the photo to contact (651) 266-5760.
