BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) - The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the woman who died this week after a shooting in Beloit.

The agency stated Friday that Arianna Fobes, 25, died at a local hospital on Wednesday after the shooting in the 1900 block of Colony Court.

The Medical Examiner’s Office is still determining the Beloit woman’s cause and manner of death, noting more testing is being conducted.

Beloit Police Department officers responded around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday after shots fired were reported on Colony Court.

When officers arrived, they found the victim and took her to a hospital.

BPD said Thursday that this is deadly shooting was isolated and there is no danger to the public.
