BELOIT (WKOW) -- The Rock County Medical Examiner's office has released the name of the woman killed in a Beloit homicide.

She was identified as Arianna N. Fobes, 25, of Beloit. Fobes was pronounced dead at a local hospital December 10. The medical examiner says the cause and manner of death are still pending.

Beloit Police said Thursday the 25-year-old was the victim of a homicide . Officers responded to the 1900 block of Colony Court Wednesday around 5:27 p.m. for a report of shots fired.
