Pedestrian struck by vehicle outside Denville hospital dies

A pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle outside of St. Clare’s Denville Hospital Dec. 10 has died from their injuries, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.

Around 5:55 p.m., the person was struck on Pocono Road in Denville and taken to the hospital with "serious injuries," but later died, the prosecutor's office said. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.

The identity of the pedestrian has not yet been released by the prosecutor's office.
