BELTON, Mo. (KCTV) - An Olathe man is charged with a pair of misdemeanors after an alleged sexual assault at a Belton business.

According to court documents filed in Cass County, 66-year-old Slimane Zimouche is charged with misdemeanor second-degree sexual abuse and fourth-degree assault.

Zimouche is accused of entering a business in the 400 block of Main Street in downtown Belton and assaulting an employee at the register.

A probable cause document from the Belton Police Department said the victim alleged Zimouche was making a purchase just after 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, when he reached over the counter in an attempt to hug her.
