KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Law enforcement has charged a man in connection with firing a weapon while at a business parking lot over the summer.

Marvillie Marshall, whom detectives stated report is associated with the 256/356 criminal street gang, has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of armed criminal action and second-degree assault.

A probable cause document indicated that a business in the 5900 block of Manchester Trafficway reported to police that surveillance cameras captured footage of about 150 vehicles in and around its parking lot, then observed firearm muzzle flashes from two different guns.
