GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - An Antigo man, who officers say had over 1,400 images of child pornography, entered a new plea in federal court on Friday.
Jacob Theisen pleaded guilty to a single charge of possession of child pornography, following a plea deal he agreed to last month.
The crime carries up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, including 5 years to life on supervised release.
According to the court document, Antigo police followed up on a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and executed a search warrant at Theisen’s home in October 2023.
Authorities identified 1,422 pornographic images of children on his devices.
