AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Broken Vessels, a nonprofit that supports parents who have experienced the loss of a child, will host its second annual Empty Chair Christmas Program, a remembrance event for families honoring children of all ages who have died from any cause, at any stage of life.
The gathering is designed to give families a compassionate space to acknowledge the “empty chair” that grief leaves during the holiday season, when absence can feel especially profound.
The program will include guest speaker Greg Tucker, a memorial slideshow and a dedicated time of remembrance. Families will also join together in a moment of silence as part of the reflective evening.
“Grief doesn’t take the holidays off. Gathering together lets us honor our children and lean on each other,” said Angie
