DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A Davenport woman is facing charges after police say she shot at an occupied home and a running car.
Davenport police responded about 9:27 a.m. Thursday for gunfire at a home in the 900 block of Myrtle Street, according to an arrest affidavit.
Investigators found that 18-year-old Lamyah Watson shot at the home and at a running vehicle parked in front. Officers found shell casings near the home, according to the affidavit.
Police said she was later arrested at a home in the 2200 block of Emerald Drive.
Police searched that home and found a handgun, 143.5 grams of marijuana, packaging material, a digital scale and ammunition.
Police also found shell casings inside Watson’s car, according to the affidavit.
Watson admitted to the police she went over to the house
