WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A street in Wilkes-Barre is now back open more than five months after a sinkhole opened up.
City officials shut down Horton Street back in June after a massive hole opened up during a rainstorm.
A few weeks later, another hole formed just a few blocks away.
Mayor George Brown says repairs are now complete and traffic is once again flowing freely in Wilkes-Barre.
