MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Several pounds of dangerous drugs are off the streets of Memphis thanks to an interdiction operation Tuesday.
The West Tennessee Drug Task Force announced the results of the operation on Friday, including the seizure of eight pounds of methamphetamine and one pound of fluorofentanyl.
The special assignment was conducted at an undisclosed location in Memphis.
Officials did not disclose whether or not any arrests were made during the sting.
A grant from Governor Bill Lee’s Violent Crime Initiative Fund partially funded this investigation.
