Heidi Culliton, the Stratford and Perth County Community Foundation’s long-serving executive director, will retire from her role on Feb. 13, 2026, after more than a decade of leadership and service.

“My time as executive director of the community foundation has been profoundly meaningful, enriched by the compassion of our community and the extraordinary impact of local philanthropy,” Culliton said in a release. “I am deeply proud of how the foundation has grown, both in its endowment and in its community impact. Above all, I am truly grateful for the many close relationships and collaborations that have enriched my life along the way. I look forward to continuing to contribute in new ways to this remarkable region I call home.”
