Penn State redshirt junior guard Vega Ioane is declaring for the 2026 NFL draft.
Ioane, a 6-4, 323-pounder who is viewed as one of the top interior offensive line prospects in the country, took to social media on Friday to make his announcement and thank his family, Penn State fans, the program’s coaches and his teammates.

Ioane was a first-team All-Big Ten choice by the conference’s media in 2025.
Ioane said in his statement that he will not play in Penn State’s Pinstripe Bowl matchup with Clemson later this month.
Ioane also was a second-team All-Big Ten pick in 2024.
Draft expert Dane Brugler of The Athletic has him rated as a first-round pick.
