The Butler County Attorney's Office on Thursday charged a rural Dougherty man with attempted murder, going armed with intent, and three counts of intimidation with a dangerous weapon related to a Thanksgiving Day incident in which officers say he shot into an occupied home and was shot by a state trooper.
