SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (KOLO) - On Friday, Dec. 12, a South Lake Tahoe man was taken into custody at Kirkwood Ski Resort after allegedly resisting arrest, fleeing the scene, and dragging a law enforcement officer with his vehicle the previous day, according to a California Highway Patrol South Lake Tahoe Facebook post.

Aidan Anthony Bissell was booked into the El Dorado County Jail on felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer, resisting arrest with injury, felony evading, and driving under the influence, the post said.

The incident began in the early morning hours of Thursday, Dec. 11, when officers tried to stop Bissell on Pioneer Trail for suspected driving under the influence, the post said.
