RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The intersection of westbound McCarran Boulevard at Kietzke Lane is closed after a fatal vehicle vs. motorcycle collision at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, according to the Reno Police Department.

The motorcyclist died, police said.

The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and is cooperating, police said.

An investigation is underway.

Police are asking drivers to avoid the area.
