ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Two people were sent to the hospital and more than a dozen residents were displaced after a massive fire at a troubled South Fulton condo complex Friday afternoon, officials said.

Around 2 p.m., crews responded to a building fully engulfed in flames at Camelot Condominiums, according to a spokesperson for the City of South Fulton.

Crews have since extinguished the fire.

Two people were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

At least 18 people were displaced. The fire department and the Red Cross are working to help the displaced residents, the spokesperson said.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown
