Diarmuid Manning from Bandon, Cork, was declared dead at a local farm on Thursday December 11 after a wall gave way. A second man suffered serious injuries during the incident and was transported to Cork University Hospital for medical care. The Health and Safety Authority launched an investigation into the devastating accident.
