Scotland fans hoping to head to the U S World Cup next year could face being scammed for tickets, with one tout site already claiming to have 7000 tickets for our matches.
The site, Ticombo, offered a VIP ticket for Scotland's opening clash with Haiti for £24,000 – 51 times its face value. And the website also claims to have thousands of tickets to sell for our matches against Haiti, Morocco and Brazil, the Daily Record reports.
It comes after a scandal over FIFA’s sky-high pricing, which has outraged fans’ groups worldwide.
Ticombo is fronted by notorious Norwegian scalper Atle Bar-laup, who was also behind the Euroteam firm which collapsed after the 2012 Olympics, leaving up to 15,000 customers ticketless.
