Ferris State football is doing it again.

The Bulldogs' defense forced five turnovers and the nation's top-scoring offense remained unstoppable despite frigid and snowy conditions as Ferris State routed Newberry, 49-17, at Top Taggart Field in Big Rapids on Saturday to advance to yet another Division II national-championship game.

Ferris State (15-0) will play next week for its fourth national championship in the last five years, and its second straight.

The Bulldogs have won 29 consecutive games, and haven't lost since the 2023 postseason.
