A Park Cities mansion has swapped hands for $30.5 million in the biggest home sale in Texas this year.

The multimillion-dollar deal for the 12,957-square-foot mansion at 6601 Hunters Glen Road closed Dec. 12, listing agent Alex Perry with Allie Beth Allman & Associates confirmed to Dallas Business Journal. The asking price was $35 million.
