SHREVEPORT, La. – During this season of giving, people are reminded of the priceless gifts so many have given and of those who continue to do so.

Today Wreaths Across America gave back to servicemen by making sure those who can’t be here are still celebrated, with a wreath on the headstones of heroes.

Around 200 people showed up to Greenwood cemetery in Shreveport to show their respects to those who served.

While there are other holidays, like Veteran’s and Memorial Day to celebrate the brave, Wreaths Across America gives another chance to show veterans, just how much they are cared for and how thankful the nation truly is.
