The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning at 12:29 a.m. on Sunday valid between 1 a.m. and 1 p.m. for Western Chester.
The weather service says to prepare for, "Total snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches."
"Travel could be very difficult," adds the weather service. "If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1."
