CLEVELAND, Ohio – They were unwatchable.
That’s one of the worst comments I can make about the Browns, who lost 31-3 to Chicago Sunday.
It began with the game’s opening kickoff, which Chicago’s Devin Duvernay ran back 52 yards.
All together now … SPECIAL TEAMS!!!
The Browns have deplorable special teams.
Then came the pre-snap penalties.
In the first quarter, the Browns had the ball on their own 1-yard line. Harold Fannin Jr. was flagged for a false start. A play later, the Browns had too many men on the field.
Come on, guys … get it together.
After Chicago scored a TD in the first quarter. The Browns had trouble setting up for their first play from scrimmage. QB Shedeur Sanders walked toward Coach Kevin Stefanski. Then Sanders went back toward the huddle …
Delay of game.
Why no
