PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A new record high temperature was set Sunday as the high temperature hit 82 degrees at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. This beats the old record of 78 set in 2010. Another record is possible Monday as the warm trend continues this week.
Partly cloudy skies with temperatures back into the 70s and 60s this evening. Temperatures will fall to around 56 degrees by early Monday morning. The “warmest low” temperature on record for Monday is 57 degrees, set in 1938. High temperatures are forecast to hit 80 on Monday afternoon. The record high temperature for Monday is 79 degrees, which was set in 1969.
