A federal grand jury in Huntsville indicted six Mexican nationals for reentering the United States illegally after being previously deported.

Adalberto Guerrero-Alba, 63; Gustavo Bueno-Zamora, 59; Israel Islas-Martinez, 34; Benjamin Ulloa-Cabrera, 38; and Roxana Silva-Tejada, 38, were indicted on illegally reentering the country.

Jose Mena-Villeda, 57, was charged with illegally reentering the United States after having been previously deported, for making a false statement to a federal agency and for making false statements when submitting immigration paperwork.

The cases are part of Operation Take Back America.

All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
