JAYTON, Texas (KCBD) - The Jayton Jaybirds went a perfect 15-0 earning the 1AD2 State Championship, their first Title in 40 years.

The Jaybirds will look to do it again in 2025. The goals don’t change as they welcome the target on their backs.

Some new Jaybirds will step up and get their chance as success breeds success.

They won’t talk about winning another State Title, but will focus on getting better every single day.
