LATHAM, N.Y. (WCAX) - A Montreal man is being charged with murder in the death of his 9-year-old daughter whose body was found in Northern New York.

Luciano Frattolin, 45, told New York State Police that his daughter, Melina, was abducted on Saturday, triggering a statewide Amber Alert.

But police say Frattolin’s story was inconsistent, and eventually led them to arrest him.
