A man has been found with stab wounds in a Cambridge area. Emergency services were called to an address in Drayton Road , Cambridge at around 3.20pm this afternoon (Thursday, July 24).

A man was found with stab wounds and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Cambridgeshire Police, which was first called by the East of England Ambulance Service, are at the scene and investigations are ongoing. A police spokesperson said: “We were called by the ambulance service at about 3.20pm today (July 24) with reports a person had been found with stab wounds at an address in Drayton Road, Cambridge.

“Emergency services are at the scene and a man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.”

The East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for further information.
