WEST FORK, Ark. — Arkansas State Police (ASP) announced a 28-year-old Springdale man has been arrested in connection with the Devil's Den double homicide.
ASP said James Andrew McGann was taken into custody at 4:57 p.m. on July 30, five days after the deadly attack. He is facing two counts of capital murder.
On July 30, the office of Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders said she would join Colonel Mike Hagar, the Secretary of the Department of Public Safety, and Shea Lewis, the Secretary of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism, to provide an update on the investigation into the incident. The press conference is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. on July 30 in Lowell.
ASP identified the victims on Sunday afternoon as 43-year-old Clinton David Brink and 41-year-old Cristen Amanda Brink . ASP
