WILLIAMSBRIDGE, The Bronx (PIX11) – A man was attacked during a road rage incident in the Bronx on Sunday, according to the NYPD.

Police said it happened near Mace and Cruger avenues in Williamsbridge around 12:30 p.m. The 44-year-old victim was slashed in the face, according to authorities.

Police said the slashing stemmed from a traffic dispute with another man. The suspect was last seen wearing a pink shirt, black pants and a black backpack, according to authorities.

Police said the suspect fled on a scooter going east on Mace Avenue.
