MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A homeless man is accused of attacking a 94-year-old man in Manhattan on Tuesday, according to the NYPD.
Police said 31-year-old Lewis D. Reynolds was arrested on Friday and charged with assault. The 94-year-old victim was inside an Apple store at 940 Madison Ave. around 5:45 p.m. when he was approached by Reynolds, according to authorities.
Police said Reynolds allegedly punched the victim in the face, causing him to fall to the ground.
The victim suffered injuries but refused medical treatment, according to authorities.
